NEW Phase Zero Foiled Shadows; Review + Giveaway!

Phase Zero have recently dropped some new products including the Metal Foil Shadow pots and the guys at Love Me Beauty kindly sent me a few to try and review for you lovely lot. I was quite excited to see these launch as anything with a bit of shimmer that is easy to apply is right up my street. The colours that I received were:

Queen - Light Gold
Cigar - Neutral Bronze
Army - Khaki Green
Smudge - Deep, Gold Bronze

"These cream eyeshadows deliver a sparkle-packed, metallic finish that you won't find anywhere else. With pigmented pops of colour, impressive coverage and a wet-look effect, these little pots mean business!"

Packaging - Each pot comes in a small box with pretty holographic detail. The product itself is in a screw up lid to reduce the air getting into the product as I can imagine they would dry up otherwise. You get 2g of product in which is pretty decent especially for how cheap it is!

Formula - As you can see from my pictures, these shadows are VERY creamy. They have a butter like texture to them meaning you instantly pick up a good amount with the smallest swipe and my god, the pigment on them is amazing. Those swatches was just the smallest amount and one stroke with a delicate little finger so to me, this is an effortless product = winning. They remind me a little of the Colourpop Super Shock Shadows in terms of texture but a little more creamier rather than wet, if that makes sense?

Application - At first I tried to use a dry brush to apply however it didn't really pick up much product which was surprising considering how creamy it actually is so I wet my brush and it literally worked absolutely fine which was fab. It picked up a good amount of product and I was able to apply to my lid how I wanted. The colour is super pigmented however it blends out nicely too but doesn't blend out too much that you lose the consistency of the shade but it's just enough that it doesn't leave any harsh edges. Once I applied with the brush, I then used my finger to build up the product even more - the shade I used was Queen as that is my favourite! The only thing I would say, is that it transfers a little so I would advise to do your eyes before your face make up when using this product but still, that's a minor.

Overall, I think the shadows are incredibly quick and easy to apply so if you're after a bit of glam but in a rush then these are your gals!! I'm really impressed with these and it's made me want the whole collection. I just can't get over how creamy they are, I haven't got a product exactly like this so I would say it's very innovative of Phase Zero!

You can purchase these shadows from the Love Me Beauty Website (here), if you become a member then it makes them only £4.75 each but if not then they are £14.40 so for a small fee each month then you get amazing products discounted AND you can also receive £5 off your first order by using my discount code: CHELSBAXTER05.

Also, if you head to my Instagram as I'm hosting a giveaway! I will be giving one lucky person FOUR of the Phase Zero Liquid Eyeshadows and there are two different formulas. I've actually got some of these myself, see full review here, and I love them.

Have you tried these shadows before? What's your favourite shade?
Thank you for reading,
Love Chelsea xo
